Most prescription medications that are readily available for PTSD tend to have short-term benefits, and potentially long-term negative side effects. Studies also show many people who take CBD for PTSD experience fewer episodes of panic and anxiety, as well as an easier time falling asleep and staying asleep through the night. From a health stand point CBD has shown to have a tremendous positive effect on many aspects of general health.
